RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, please send an email to hello@mirakimade.com to arrange for an exchange or refund within 20 days of shipment. Once your exchange or refund has been approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you.

Items must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Products that have been used or damaged will not be refundable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item have been received and inspected, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment. 

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Since all items are made to order, any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the original order to avoid any additional charges.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders may be exchanged for store credit only.

SALE ITEMS

All sales are final. Sale items are non-refundable.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
