How long before my order ships?

Since our products are made to order, it may take up to two weeks to ship.

What are your shipping methods?

All orders will be mailed via United States Postal Service (USPS) from San Francisco, CA. A tracking number will be provided once it has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please note that international customers are responsible for any custom duties and import taxes that may apply. Miraki will not be held responsible for any delays due to packages held in customs nor the fees associated to recover the packages from customs.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic U.S. shipping is based on weight. International shipping is $14.

What forms of payment do you take?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment via PayPal.

What if my item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your order was damaged during shipping, please retain all original packaging and send photos of the damage to hello@mirakimade.com. In the event the product arrived defective or incorrect, please retain all original packaging and contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since all items are made to order, any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the original order to avoid any additional charges.

What if my item needs repair?

If your item needs repair after normal use and has not been damaged under any extenuating circumstances, please send us an email at hello@mirakimade.com including detailed photos of the item. Repairs are subject to approval and not guaranteed. We will be happy to repair the item after inspection and approval.
